Ingredients:

- 4 cups Okra
- 1 grilled tilapia (slice into 4)
- 1 cups cooked frozen shrimp
- 8 slice of fromage (optional)
- 3 cups water
- 1 fresh tomato, diced
- 1 tsp ground smoked shrimp or seasoning cube to taste
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- pinch of baking soda (optional)
- 2 Tbsp of palm oil
Steps:
- Add okra to water and bring it to boil
- Add a generous pinch of baking soda
- Cook on medium high for 15 min
- Add fish, shrimp, fromage, diced tomato, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked shrimp
- Cook for 15 min
- Add palm oil and let it cook for 2 min
- Serve it hot or warm with any type of fufu ( corn, elubo, yam, etc.)
