This is truly my go-to vinaigrette. I put it on my salad, roasted veggies, and tuna and corn salad! Hmmm, the latter is so good, my favorite! Yes! It is that good!
Total Cooking Time: 5 min
- ½ cup warm chicken broth/stock
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ground pepper
- In a small cup, add mayonnaise, mustard, pinch of ground pepper, and mix together.
- Slow pour in chicken broth, whisking to incorporate.
- Serve it as a dressing over my Spicy Oven Roasted Salmon Salad or your favorite salad.
