My go-to vinaigrette

This is truly my go-to vinaigrette. I put it on my salad, roasted veggies, and tuna and corn salad! Hmmm, the latter is so good, my favorite! Yes! It is that good!

  • ½ cup warm chicken broth/stock
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ground pepper


  1. In a small cup, add mayonnaise, mustard, pinch of ground pepper, and mix together.
  2. Slow pour in chicken broth, whisking to incorporate.
  3. Serve it as a dressing over my Spicy Oven Roasted Salmon Salad or your favorite salad.
